Change of use of part of site to a Waste or Resource Transfer Station – Hornsby Community Recycling Centre

The proposed development is for a change of use of part of the site from a Depot to a Waste Management Facility to facilitate the ongoing use of the site as a Community Recycling Centre with an acceptance limit of 2,500 tonnes of waste per annum. The facility will likely handle small quantities of substances classified in the ADG Code
