Review of Environmental Factors - Hospital Road Podium Works

The scope of works associated with this REF includes but is not limited to the following:
• Construction of a structural slab on ground to level B2
• Construction of a suspended slab and supporting columns to B1 and L00
• External works, including but not limited to:
o Landscaping - soft and hard elements
o Paving
o Construction of pedestrian links to existing facilities
o Installation of canopies and services
• Integration with existing walkways and footpaths
• Integration with the existing SCH High Street visitor drop off
• Construction of a new vehicle cross over to the Hospital Road and High Street intersection along with
amendments to the traffic control signal infrastructure to support the end state design.
