Amendment to REF - Tamworth Mental Health Unit
Tamworth Regional
Health Infrastructure endorsed a REF for the development of a new Tamworth Mental Health Unit on 29 March 2023. The endorsed development includes demolition works, new construction works and expansions and additions of carparks across the hospital campus. Works have commenced on the development. This Addendum REF is required for the removal of two additional trees to accommodate the carparks’ works and the relocation of three carparking bays in the Carpark A Zone 4 design.
