Information about your land

Before you start, it's important to know about zoning and property information that can affect what you can build, including:

  • planning controls, such as building heights or floor to space ratios
  • deposited plan (DP), 88b instruments and developer building guidelines
  • other considerations, such as bushfire prone or flood prone land.

This will help you avoid any surprises or unexpected costs later.
