Ryde Hospital Redevelopment Concept & Stage 1

Please refer to attached letter containing my second submission providing my comments for review by the development team in relation to this major project and amended architectural drawings.

Please provide a formal response instead of referring me to a submission report which is very generic and does not close out my concerns and reasons for objection.

Hi,
Thank you for the latest development proposal which now relocates the multi-level carpark and changes the access to Denistone road, a much more sensible design.
However I noticed that the logistics (ie trucks) will be accessed from Ryedale Road. This still puts safety at risk in regards to visibility and with trucks force to exit down ryedale road heavy breaking would be required as they approach the Florence road junction.
Trucks and buses at the best of times find this section of road to be hazadous especially as cyclists use the roundabout at florence road as their return hub as they train up and down this Road.
Please also consider the noise generated by trucks breaking down Ryedale road for the residents located at this section of road.
Surely the quieter option would be for the Utilities to also use Denistone road!
