There are no further comments from DPIE Water and NRAR at this stage as the proponent has adequately addressed water issues in the EIS stating:
“Given the water supply infrastructure for the development is to be established during the approved Stage 1 construction works under SSD 7348, additional consultation with DPIE Water on this development is not required.”
and;
"The civil report (Appendix E) confirms that the revised civil plans as proposed under Modification 7 of SSD 7348 accommodate the proposed development of Building 4E. Notwithstanding, there are no proposed changes to soil and water impacts as a result of the proposal. Standard erosion and sediment controls will be established during construction of Stage 5, to be described in the Construction Environmental Management Plan."
