I wish to support this application and as an adjoining property owner am impressed with the detail of the application. The lot layout integrates with the environment and size of lots satisfies the perceived demand in the area. The Glades estate to our north caters for a different demographic but should compliment each other.
Both these subdivisions are required immediately and should be fastracked for construction. The collector road is urgently needed by my family as a matter of safety.We will be entering a 110kph highway speed zone from our front gate until this road is built and have no direct access when travelling north.

I have been building in coffs harbour for over 30 years and wish to bring attention to the lack of building stocks of residential land on the northern beaches. It is especially evident in the Moonee area where facilities have been in place for years and are not been utilised.

I am partner in a large medical practice in coffs harbour and have undertaken detailed feasibility study regarding the establishment of a regional surgery in Moonee.The Moonee Beach Centre Management were very receptive and offered attractive rental incentives to secure us as a tenant.This was over 8 years ago and the centre and area have long since stalled.Even with rent free for 3 years as offered, we would be closed by now.
The population has not progressed as predicted and it is solely due to the impediments to development that the authorities have imposed.
This area is owed a completion to the infrastructure begun and intended all those years ago.
If the population grew as planned, we would support the community instantly

We are currently building a house at Moonee Beach and support any new subdivision in the area as the infrastructure put in place over 8 years ago is underutilised at the moment and the local shopping centre undersupported.

It would be great to have more houses being built in the area to patronise the local shopping centre so that more shops can be opened to benefit us all in the area.

I have requests almost monthly for larger style lots and there are none between Coffs and Woolgoolga east of highway.

I am the Manager/Licensee of The Moonee Beach Tavern and have operated many successful hotels throughout my career in hospitality.

The Moonee area has been targeted and planned for as a growth centre for over 20years. This has not eventuated and to the detriment of the area generally, has all but stalled. These developments directly to our north are crucial to the future lifeblood of the community and its businesses and pending your criteria being satisfied, should be fast tracked as a matter of urgency.

I am aware the developers will commence their staging and construction processes immediately due to the obvious demand for new housing and I would welcome any procedings that will speed up this process.

I have perused the detailed landscape plan and enviromental sutdies. I am in support of this development for a number of reasons. 1. I have visited the area in question and find it a suitable place to live especially with access to the Moonee Creek.
2. I feel that this development will enhance the survival of the township of Moonee and bring further business to the area. It will also assist with employment of local trades people. I have no objections to this development .

This subdivision should have another entry and exit to the Pacific
Highway to reduce the traffic flow through the Moonee Village to the
south and to provide an alternative escape route in the case of
bushfire, flooding or other emergency.
