MOD 1 - Panel Height Increase

As previous owner and operator of the land, I am in full support of the project and it’s amendments.

As previous owner of the land I am in full support of the amendments made to the project.

I object to the requested changes and have attached a PDF containing my reasons.

I object to the requested changes and hope that when assessing these requested changes you take into consideration that these were promises made by FRV to mitigate the concerns of neighbors. Things they felt were necessary to do to gain approval. Now they have approval they are seeking to reduce/modify/remove these strategies. Indicating that mitigating our concerns is no longer a necessity/priority. There are a number of other similar projects approved in our area and if we are to have any faith that the conditions of consent hold any strength you need to reject these requests. I have attached a PDF containing my specific objections.

I am in full support of all amendments and look forward to the construction of this project for the community of Southern Riverina. It is a very important project for the community that has deeply been affected the last 2 years of bushfire and covid. I feel that the amendments are minimal as the project far outways the small changes.

I HAVE NOT MADE A POLITICAL DONATION AND I SUPPORT THE AMENDMENTS TO THE SOLAR FARM .
