I am in favour of the proposed development my only concerns is the
traffic entry as trying to enter Elizabeth drive from cecil road is
becoming a problem

I oppose the subdivision of the slated areas in Cecil park for the use of
a business park for the following reasons.

- No signaled major improvements to existing roads prior or after
development of area, specifically Wallgrove Road, Elizabeth Drive and
in particular the M7 Motorway. I believe the road study has failed to
understand the amount of traffic it will dump onto the existing roads
along with the ever increasing vehicle traffic on the arterial roads
and the long lasting negative impact it will bring by ultimately
changing the social fabric of the community.

-Alternative sites which are available with infrastructure already in
place and is in close proximity to new airport such as Eastern Creek,
Erskine Park, Kemps Creek and Hoxton Park could be better utilised
without disturbing the Cecil Park community.
