The smell is very sickening. I cannot breathe and have constant migraines and nausea. I am constantly feeling sick from the smells entering my home, even if windows and doors are shut

I object to this proposal because it has not been sufficiently justified as required by the SEARS.
The odour problem has not been sufficiently described and I am also aware of the poor environmental management of this site.
Please do not approve this project for the good of the environment and of those who live nearby and are affected in their day to day lives by the consequences.

I object the project for the following reasons:
- ongoing odour issues which Bingo haven’t properly addressed. The odours are so strong, it’s unbearable and uncomfortable! There were hundreds of complaints about odours in 2020 and many more in 2021. These odours continue to impact on residents to this day. I am concerned about the impact the odours will have on my and my family’s health and overall well being.
- Bingo has a poor compliance record. Bingo is currently being prosecuted by the EPA for unlawful release of odours.
How is Bingo allowed to propose expansion of their operations when they can’t comply with current regulations?
- Community Engagement Strategy has been rushed, poorly executed and inadequately described by Bingo. The company’s habit of denying it was the source of odours unless the evidence was overwhelming meant Bingo has demonstrated a lack of good faith and has earned public distrust.

This facility is too close to residential area and increasing the amount of rubbish processed there is too risky to the surrounding residents.

I am 100 years old and I am affected by this company when I try to get fresh air in the limited time I spend outdoors. When I visit my family in Minchinbury, we cannot sit outside and are forced to sit indoors with the doors and windows shut. I live in an aged care facility so any chance to get outside and be with my family (especially being outside to assist with not catching Covid) is important. This company is directly responsible for my family and I not enjoying getting together. My family do not want to be indoors with me in case I catch Covid from them which means I am left alone in the aged care facility that I reside. All because a company has no regard for me or anyone in Minchinbury, Rooty Hill and surrounding suburbs. I am sad that my life is reduced to this. I do not trust this company to be able to follow any laws and to give them the ability to increase their operations is, frankly, disgusting. And sad. I am sad.

The odour in our area is unbelievable. We can't open our windows for fresh air and circulation due to the terrible smell.

I am an elderly woman and I have been subject to the illegal and immoral dealing s of this company for years. They have treated my community with contempt and cannot be trusted to continue operating at all. I object to allowing them to increase any of their operations. I invite you to come and spend a few hours at my house and see first hand what I mean. Their actions are disgraceful.

I cannot express how upset and stressed this facility has made me feel. For years now I have put up with noise at all hours of the night and in the last few years smells so bad I have felt sick and have ended up with migraines. The smell enters my home even if it is all closed up. My family should not have to live like this. My numerous notifications and complaints have done nothing, they simply don't care. I feel trapped in my own home and I should not have to be. They say they are fixing the problem but they don't. Do not allow this company the right to do anything else. Actually, they should be shut down. My mental health is suffering because of them.

I object to this project as I have had to deal with loud noises and rotten egg gas from this facility for many years. They have not been considerate of my health and safety so should not be able to given even more scope for business. They have no regard for the community of Minchinbury.

I am 80 years old and stay with my family in Minchinbury. When the egg smells at night start, which is often I get nauseous, dizzy, sore throat, eyes weep and I can’t breathe. We know that Bingo is responsible for this so when there are court proceedings against them for these then how can they be given permission to apply for an expansion when residents are waiting for them to be shut down
