Prosecution of Leda Manorstead Pty Ltd (MP08_0200 as modified, Tweed Shire LGA)
On 26 March 2021, Leda Manorstead was convicted and fined $170.000 in the Land and Environment Court for non-compliance with MP08_0200 as modified (the consent), relating to exceedances of the maximum allowable exposed bulk earthworks and working outside of approved areas at the Cobaki Residential Development.
