Official Caution issued to MT Projects Pty Ltd (DA492-11-2003 as modified, Tweed Shire LGA)

On 18 December 2020, the Department issued an Official Caution to MT Projects Pty Ltd for unauthorised building works at 30-34 Marine Parade Kingscliff.  The unauthorised building works have since been assessed by the Department and were granted conditional approval on 5 August 2020, subject to compliance with the Building Code of Australia and Codemark Australia Certificate.
