Voluntary Planning Agreement
Burwood Council
A draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for 185E Burwood Road, Burwood in connection with Development Application (DA) No. 117/2019 has been received by Council. The DA proposes alterations and additions to the existing restaurant on the ground floor and the change of use of levels 1 and 2 from boarding rooms to commercial office space. The draft VPA provides for the developer to pay Council $52,010 as a monetary contribution in lieu of one deficient parking space on site, based on provisions in the Burwood Development Control Plan and Council’s Fees and Charges Schedule for this financial year.
