Burwood Council
Burwood Council is publicly exhibiting a Planning Proposal to increase the building height and floor space ratio to allow for a mixed commercial and residential development to occur on the combined sites 42-50 and 52-60 Railway Parade, Burwood.
The Planning Proposal has been lodged by Holdmark Property Group.
Three documents are currently on public exhibition:
• Planning Proposal, and supporting documents
• Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement
• Draft site specific Development Control Plan
The proposal seeks to increase the maximum building height to between 136m and 144m, with a combined floor space ratio of 10.54:1 over the total site area, delivering approximately 48,500m2 of non-residential floor space and approximately 1,100 residential apartments.
The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement proposes a number of public benefit outcomes for Burwood that will be delivered as part of this development.
