Minor amendments to flood controls and incorporation of B3.13 into B3.11, for the purposes of simplification and clarification
Council placed the amendments on Public Exhibition from 9 October 2020 until 9 November 2020.
The amended DCP came into effect on 18 January 2021, and was submitted online to DPIE on 5 February 2021 (S-2919).
Council was advised on 30 March 2021 that the Online Submission System used is being phased out, and was requested to resubmit the DCP using the new Publications for Exhibition service.
