Liverpool LEP 2008 Amendment 82 - LEP Review - Phase 1

The proposal is the first stage of the process to revise Liverpool LEP 2008 to align with the Strategic documents including the Liverpool Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS). A key element of the Planning Proposal seeks to rezone certain land around the Moorebank Town Centre from R4 High Density Residential to R3 Medium Density Residential.
