Lane Cove Municipal Council

Council is exhibiting a Planning Proposal which we have received for a new commercial office building at 46-52 Nicholson Street and 59-67 Christie Street, St Leonards.

The site-specific Planning Proposal seeks to:
- Retain the B3 Commercial Core zoning;
- Increase the maximum floor space ratio from 4.5:1 to 15:1; and
- Increase the maximum building height from 25 metres to RL 175.2 metres (AHD).

The above controls would potentially allow for a future commercial office building of 26 storeys. The Planning Minister has delegated authority of his proposal to Council as the local plan-making authority.
