Court orders made on 8 December 2023 in regards to Development Application DA592/2022, which seeks the demolition of existing structures, tree removal, and construction of a residential flat building with basement car parking, landscaping and a swimming pool on Strata Plan 11821, also known as 186-192 Old South Head Road, Bellevue Hill, is determined by the grant of consent, subject to the conditions in Annexure A.
