DCP Amendments relating to the Bella Vista and Kellyville Station Precincts - came into effect 3 April 2023. Amendments have been made to Part A - Introduction and Part D Section 7 - Balmoral Road Release Area of the DCP. A new Section for the Bella Vista and Kellyville Station Precincts has also been added to the DCP.
