Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement for 61-79 Henry Street, Penrith

Penrith City Council is publicly notifying a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between Council and the Australian Foundation for Disability.

The draft VPA has been prepared in support of a Planning Proposal relating to 61-79 Henry Street, Penrith. Council at its meeting of 20 March 2023 resolved to endorse the Planning Proposal for finalisation, subject to the execution of a VPA. The draft VPA sets out mechanisms for the timing and delivery of certain infrastructure attributable to the Planning Proposal, including affordable and diverse housing, public open space and traffic infrastructure works.  

The notification period is from Thursday 7 September 2923 to Thursday 5 October 2023 and can be viewed at https://yoursaypenrith.com.au/draft-vpa-61-79-henry-street

Submissions must be received by 5pm on 5 October 2023.
