Draft Community Participation Plan

Willoughby City Council is currently reviewing its Community Participation Plan. The Plan defines how and when the Council engages with the community on statutory planning and development matters, such as planning proposals and development applications.
As part of this process we are seeking input from the community prior to finalisation. Please visit Council's web page for further details and online submission before Monday 11 December 2023.
