Amended Planning Proposal for Burwood Place submitted for Plan-making

The amended planning proposal has been publicly exhibited and subsequently approved for plan-making by Burwood Council on 23 June 2020.

The proposal seeks to increase the maximum building height and floor space ratio for 42-50 and 52-60 Railway Parade, Burwood to facilitate a mixed use development. These submission documents provide the final set of documentation to inform the plan-making process by the Department.
