The Planning Agreement is to facilitate the development and improvement of public facilities under the 2020 revised draft Carter Street Masterplan ( https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/CarterStreet ) by allowing for the: (a) provision of monetary contribution amounts to the Minister at a rate of $109.41 per square metre of GFA, subject to indexation; (b) transfer of Road Works Land to the Minister or the Minister’s nominee; (c) transfer of the Education Land to the Minister or the Minister’s nominee for the purpose of a primary school operated for the benefit of the public; and (d) transfer the Open Space Land to the Minister or the Minister’s nominee for the purpose of public open space.
