The planning proposal (attached) seeks to amend the Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014 to include ‘The Corner House’ (house (including interiors), garage, and garden sandstone fence base) at 364 Edgecliff Road, Woollahra (Lot 1, DP 224367) as a local heritage item in Schedule 5 of the Woollahra LEP 2014 and the inclusion of the land (identified as Lot 1 DP 224367) on the Woollahra LEP 2014 Heritage Map (Sheet HER_003A).
