The proposal seeks to amend Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan 2015 to rezone 4 Pennant Avenue, Gordon, from RE1 Public Recreation to R3 Medium Density Residential, amend associated development standards, reclassify the land from community to operational land, and extinguish all interests on the site.
