Planning proposal for short-term rental accommodation in Byron Shire

Byron

The Planning Proposal seeks to introduce a new suite of planning controls into BLEP 2014 that will define STRA and establish the circumstances in which it can occur. A key provision will be the introduction of a 90 day per year cap on non-hosted STRA, except in certain holiday letting precincts where it will be permitted for up to 365 days per year.
