Rezone and amend the lot size of Lot 4 DP 1198749 from RU4 Primary Production Small Lots zone to RU5 Village zone and reduce the minimum lot size from 10ha to 1,000m2. This is to enable the development of dwelling houses on lots to be created under the Upper Lachlan Local Environmental Plan 2010 (LEP 2010).
