Wollondilly
It proposes:
- amending the Land Zoning Map to rezone the SP2 Special Purpose (which is not longer needed) on the eastern portion of the site to:
o RU4 Primary Production Small Lots
o C2 Environmental Conservation
- Amending the Lot Size Map to introduce a minimum lot size of 16ha to maintain the lot size.
- Amend the Natural Resources – Biodiversity Map to include all land on the eastern portion of the site.
