The planning proposal responds to the Epping Town Centre Traffic Study which highlighted traffic concerns in the town centre.
The planning proposal seeks to ‘switch off’ the application of Clause 4.6 Exceptions to Development Standards in Parramatta LEP 2011 and Hornsby LEP 2013 to residential floor space ratio in the Epping Town Centre.
