Gordon has over 25 years’ experience in a broad range of urban and regional planning projects, working in both public and private sector roles. He is currently a Director of Ethos Urban. His experience includes residential, retail, commercial, transit oriented, industrial and infrastructure development.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of strategic planning, environmental impact assessment and policy formulation, delivering major projects in both the public and private sectors. He is the former Chair of the Western Regional Planning Panel and a former member of the NSW Independent Planning Commission.
Gordon holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Sydney.
Tim is a registered Town Planner with over 35 years’ experience in local government planning and management. He holds tertiary qualifications in regional economic development, local planning and has a master’s degree in business administration. He has extensive experience in statutory planning, development assessment, strategic planning and senior public management.
Prior to establishing his planning and management consultancy in 2017, Tim held the position of Director of Planning and Development at Shoalhaven City Council. Over 25 years he held various Director’s positions, Divisional Manager and other senior level managements positions in local government.
Tim has also held a number of honorary positions on State Government Advisory Committees and was a guest lecturer at the Local Government Centre (UTS) for many years. He has particular interests in planning to mitigate bushfire impacts, building resilient communities as well as urban design approaches to revitalise town centres. He also has a keen interest in facilitating appropriate scale development in coastal locations.
Renata Brooks has 15 years of experience in executive level leadership, working with issues related to land and infrastructure management, natural resource management, agriculture, fisheries, forestry, biosecurity, mining and economic development.
Renata is Deputy Chair of the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation and Director of Stratagem DS, with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and particular experience in rural and regional NSW.
Renata is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and received a degree in Veterinary Science with first class honours from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Certificate in Bioethics from the University of Technology.
