This Review of Environmental Factors (REF) relates to proposed ‘Early Works’ at the Cowra
Health Service at 64 Liverpool Street, Cowra (the site). The Proposal involves:
• Demolition of existing buildings and associated ground floor concrete slabs and footings within
the demolition area in the northern portion of the site.
• Demolition of footpaths, internal roads and car parking within the demolition area.
• Demolition and capping of redundant services.
• Installation of a temporary electrical transmission cable underground between an existing
substation and the main hospital building.
• Removal of three (3) trees whose removal is a necessary outcome to facilitate the proposed
demolition works and the laying of the transmission cable.
