Advice provided on 26/02/2019 from FRNSW reaffirmed. Proponent to give consideration that: Waste facilities present ‘special problems of firefighting’ that warrant classification as ‘special hazards’, and consideration of provision for special hazards under Clause E1.10 and E2.3 of the NCC.
