I do not think that developers can keep making modifications and end up achieving what they originally wanted.

Originally heights were from 39 to 49 storeys. (I read this in an article) this has since been modified.

Initially Lend Lease proposed 297 apartments, then to get the proposal through it was reduced to 283. Now they are seeking 290.

I know that Lend Lease is preparing another modification proposal to increase the number to 320 apartments and an additional 8 stories.

I just think that it is a joke and the developers are getting away with what they want.

The general public commented on the initial proposals, but now the general public does not hear about modifications so they can comment.

I think that this modification proposal is just a stepping stone to the next modification. On the surface this modification looks okay but I think that approval should be discussed later when the next modification is received.
