Official Caution issued to Broken Hill Operations Pty Ltd (MP07_0018) Broken Hill City LGA

On 3 January 2023, NSW Planning issued an Official Caution to Broken Hill Operations Pty Ltd (BHOP) for failing to obtain construction certificates for the concrete batching plant and warehouse extension at the RASP Mine. BHOP have since submitted a Building Information Certificate application to Broken Hill City Council for the buildings.
