MOD 1 Design Changes to Buildings A and B

I object to the proposal of a fence & boardwalk on the northern escarpment overlooking the property at 117 John Whiteway Dr Gosford. The escarpment is sandstone & is inherently unstable. Excavation work requires pneumatic drilling to create footings of a necessary standard to support such a proposal. This drilling has a high probability of exacerbating an already precarious situation with regular falls of rock already occurring.

I also object to the proposal of a shop. This area is zoned residential & the proposal is clearly commercial. The suggestion that a maximum of two employees is risible if the commercial undertaking also requires three carparks. The obvious conclusion is that plans for further expansion to other commercial undertakings is considered, leading to loss of common property for commercial use, & the potential of further deterioration of inevitable parking problems on already too-narrow public streets.
