I refer to the above SSD application and wish to thank you for inviting Council to comment on the proposed development.
Recently Council considered an application (amending DA via LDA2020/0229) for the Concept Plan for the site. This application was determined by the Sydney North Planning Panel on 15 December 2020. The Concept Approval is subject to a VPA.
The proposed Data Centre and the new Road No. 22 are generally consistent with the Masterplan and RDCP2014.
However, Council wishes to recommend a number of Conditions of SSD consent to ensure that the development and associated infrastructure is constructed and delivered in compliance with Council’s standards.
Please find enclosed a COVER LETTER, comments (as ATTACHMENT 1) and draft Conditions (as ATTACHMENT 2) from Council staff to assist the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment's determination of this application
