Hello all here is a common daily procedure for many mothers at 9.00am and at 3.00pm taking their children to and from school crossing the Hoddle street Robertson rail way innocently crossing ,with no fencing , no signal lighting ,no night or day lighting , no guard barriers , no safety signage , no over pass path of the rail crossing for prams, children and adult pedestrians .This is what we are trying to save. Safety first, the public interest first over a Korean Hume Coal mine that will freight 2,400 tons of coal with 50 long steel coal carriages and two diesel locomotives 24 /7 daily across this rail crossing . Do we not have a duty to protect our children ???
Danny Pullicin .
