Please consider having unlocked public toilets accessible to delivery drivers who are accessing that area. Further, please consider making the facility suitable for double stacked container trains and rolling highways (even though these types of rail aren't available in Sydney yet, if this type of rail ever becomes available in Sydney, it would be easier than trying to retrofit them later

Social Impact Assessment - Hill DA consulting In 4.0 Stakeholder Engagement ; No consultation was conducted with the owners of 930 Mamre rd . In 4.1.1.1 on this list of 22 that were contacted 930 Mamre rd was Not Contacted. In CSPS ; All those 4 points none were raised with the owners of 930 Mamre rd . In 4.1.2 there was No meetings no workshop no Individual meeting to Discuss Specific Items also we have had No Mail or Emails. SEARs can this please be explained ? In 4.1.3 IT states that we have given a Positive feed back, SORRY to say we did not give them any feed back at all , they are commenting for US and we are so disappointed ?? The only time we met Altis was in a Real estate agent in Parramatta and a few days latter they sent us a offer to purchase owe property , at that meeting No plans for any development were shown for next door , we only looked at 930 Mamre rd on a Big screen and they just were telling all negative aspects of 930 Mamre rd . In 4.1.4 Firstly there plan shows an access point on our property , that will not be the access that we Need how do they know ? we can Not see any Heights or Levels of this road also why is there a 3 meter wall being built were we Need access and it looks to be about 1/3 of the lenght of that road , the plan does not show the servers e.g Sewer ,power and storm water ? I spoke to Melissa Rassack ( Manager Place and Infrastructure ) many times and she assured us that we can access that road at witch ever point we needed. Do we need to get advice from Transport NSW ? In 4.1.6 How is S L R ? and the table Issues and Considerations can we have some Solutions to this table ? With earth works on the Altis Site we will not be ready at the same time and our Home Will be affected by the heavy vehicles and we would like more information about the wall along the road . We would like to be involved but at least informed on any developments that affect 930 Mamre rd , we will most probably shall be using in our DA Dickson Rothschild ( Inspired Solutions ) . Thank you Department of Planning, Industry and Environment .
