The system has been updated with a modern interface, designed to streamline the administration of planning reform fees and aims to eliminate recurring errors caused by outdated architecture and incompatibility with other Department platforms.
The process for users remains largely unchanged – councils will continue submitting monthly payment reports for lodged Development Applications. What’s new is a modernised platform that’s faster, more intuitive, and better integrated, offering fewer bugs and a more streamlined experience.
