At its meeting held on 12 May 2020, Council resolved to publicly exhibit amendments to the Fairfield Direct (Section 94) Development Contributions Plan 2011 and the Fairfield Indirect (Section 94) Development Contributions Plan 2011. The public exhibition is in accordance with Clause 18 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000.

The draft amendments to the Plans are on exhibition between Wednesday, 17 June 2020 to Wednesday, 15 July 2020 inclusive. Written comments are welcome before the close of business on 8 July 2020 to Fairfield City Council, PO Box 21, Fairfield, NSW, 1860 or to [email protected]. Please quote Reference No. 20/08132 when making your submission.
