Draft Parramatta CBD Planning Proposal

The Planning Proposal seeks to amend the planning controls for the Parramatta CBD contained in the Parramatta Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2011 and includes the land shown in the Land Application Map. The Planning Proposal seeks changes to the Parramatta CBD boundary, land use mix, primary built form controls and the mechanisms for infrastructure delivery, and is informed by a number of technical specialist studies.
