Warnervale Town Centre Special Infrastructure Contribution


The Warnervale Town Centre Special Infrastructure Contribution (SIC) was determined in October 2008.

The contribution will provide for:

  • Sub-regional roads necessary for the functioning, access and appropriate distribution of traffic passing through and connecting to the Warnervale Town Centre
  • Connections to the adjoining motorways, additional bus services and biodiversity offsets.

A SIC charge is paid by developers to provide a contribution towards the delivery of key infrastructure.

The SIC rate is adjusted annually according to the latest Sydney Consumer Price Index (CPI). The Warnervale Town Centre SIC which applies to the 2022-23 financial year is available to view.
