The NSW Government asked for feedback on the exhibition draft of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021 (2021 EP&A Regulation). Feedback closed on 22 September 2021 and over 80 submissions were received.
We considered all submissions received during the exhibition period and summarised the feedback in a report.
The EP&A regulation 2021 is now finalised and will commence on 1 March 2022.
