Cherrybrook Station Precinct Place Strategy

The Department of Planning and Environment is exhibiting the draft Cherrybrook Precinct Place Strategy for public comment until Sunday 28 August 2022.

The draft place strategy will guide development of the Cherrybrook Precinct, which includes parts of West Pennant Hills and Cherrybrook, and inform future rezoning and planning controls to shape the creation of a green village.

The department is also exhibiting an amendment to State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP) controls to enable the Cherrybrook Station government land to be listed as a State Significant Development (SSD) site. The proposed amendment is included in the Explanation of Intended Effect.
