The proposal seeks to install a new portrait monopole digital advertising sign located on the western elevation of the Pacific Highway bridge overpass. The proposed sign has dimensions of 3.172m x 4.708m, comprising an area of 14.93m2 , and the monopole structure will have an overall height of 8.23m above the footpath to the north-east. The proposed sign will be single sided and oriented to the south-east, visible to traffic and pedestrians travelling northwest along Pacific Highway, as well as portions of Avon Road and Grandview Street.
