Council or Certifier accounts
Councils and Certifiers can access the BASIX tool as administrators.
BASIX administrators include council representatives, certifiers and the Department staff. Administrators can now log in to BASIX using the main BASIX log in which is located on the homepage and in the right-hand column of this website. Once logged in, administrators will be directed to screens relevant to their access.
If you don't have an administrator log-in, you will need to apply for one. Once approved, your login details will be emailed to you.
Council staff are responsible for checking development applications against BASIX certificates to ensure all BASIX commitments are shown on the plans.
